會員申請資格

我們歡迎未註冊成為香港業餘游泳總會(下稱 “泳總”)其他屬會之泳員 (除巨流社以外)均有資 格申請成為巨流社會員。

以下泳員的會員申請將不會被接納:

1. 已註冊或將註冊泳總其他屬會之泳員 

2. 已轉會或將轉會至其他泳總屬會之泳員

巨流社保留批核會員申請之最終決定權,如有任何爭議,以本會最終決定為準。

會員申請程序

本會之會籍由每年四月一日至翌年三月三十一日止,會員需於每年會籍限期前繳付會費$200, 方可享有各項會員優惠及繼續使用巨流社電腦化系統。如未能如期繳付者,其福利將於有效 期後自動終止。成為巨流會員後,可透過巨流社註冊成為泳總競賽運動員,參加由泳總舉辦 的游泳比賽。

申請辦法

請同意聲明條款後,按 NEXT 按鈕, 填寫及遞交申請表。如有任何查詢,請與陳美莉教練 (21635800) 聯絡或電郵致 membership@cuc.com.hk。

申請獲批準後,確認電郵會寄到你所提供的電郵地址;當繳費手續完成後,電子收據連同你 登入CUCSIS 的資料便會寄到你的電郵地址。如有任何查詢,請電郵 membership@cuc.com.hk。 注意:中英文本如有歧異,應以英文本為準。

我們會尊重及保護你的私穩。

巨流社採用SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) 加密技術去保護你遞交表格時所提供的個人資料, 我們 所取得的資料會儲存於一個安全的伺服器中,而你的個人資料只用作與巨流社活動之用。我 們不會與其他公司分享,出租或出售你的個人資料。

CUC Membership Criteria

Membership is only available to swimmers who have not yet registered with any Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association (HKASA) Affiliated Clubs other than Current Club Ltd.(CUC).

Application of Membership will not be approved to the following swimmers:

1. Registered or to be registered with HKASA Affiliated Clubs swimmers other than CUC, and 

2. Current CUC members but is going to Transfer or have been transferred to other HKASA Affiliated Clubs.

Current Club reserves the right to reject any membership application or cancel / suspend existing membership account(s) at any time. In case of dispute, the decision of the CUC / the Club shall be final.

Membership Application Procedure

Membership will be valid for one year (every year from April 1st to March 31st of the next year). Members must renew their application and paid the membership fee of $200 before the membership expiry date; otherwise, all benefits and access to Current Club Ltd. Swimming Information System (CUCSIS) will be terminated. Becoming a CUC member will allow you to register as a Competition Athlete of HKASA and participate in HKASA Competitions.

Application method

After agreeing to the listed terms and conditions, press the NEXT button at the bottom of the page, fill in and submit the online application form. If you have any questions, please call Coach Ms. Chan Mee Lee at 21635800 or e-mail to membership@cuc.com.hk

Once the application is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided in the application form; once the membership fee is paid, you will receive an electronic receipt along with your Current Club Ltd. Swimming Information system (CUCSIS) login information at your email address.

Note: In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
